The hotel is located in the centre, close to the main tourist attractions and near two big metro stations-Passeig de Gracia and Universitat. The room was comfortable and spacious, with good air conditioning. The staff were welcoming and provided helpful information. My luggage was safely stored during check-out.
The lack of proper duvet covers created a cleanliness issue, as the duvet separated from the sheet.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - it's quite close to the subway and very near to the center, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were just like in the photos, with a shower and an extra bed, and luckily we had a private bathroom. Moreover, the basic amenities provided were exactly what we expected. Lastly, I must mention the breakfast - it was delicious and definitely worth the price.
All in all, everything at this hotel was satisfactory.
